Located in one of the most exclusive locations, surrounded of Malls and with near access to public transportation. You don´t need a car nor to move far away to find everything you are looking for. The best ratio cost/benefit.
The folding beds can give you extra space if needed. You can fold or unfold them as you wish. The front door has high level security features, with eyehole and extra interior lock. The loft has security alarm, motion sensor, smoke sensor, opening and flood sensors.
Our place is nice, comfortable, accesible, cheap, safe and handy.
The Loft is in the second floor. It has an independent access to stairs and a partially roofed parking space for a large vehicle. It has a small main entrance with a high- security door, has a kitchen with a large dinning ceramic table, with range, refrigerator and microwave oven. The Bedroom is next to the kitchen and has two wall-folding twin beds. It has a TV witn Netflix direct access. It has an Open Wifi. Very large bath -laundry room, provided with washing machine and dryer. In the back there is a balcony where you can make a BBQ (ask for the broil) or you can smoke.
We live next door, so if you need something, we will be near and available most of the time . The check-in and check-out are easy, they can be done without personal interaction.
